CompareNAssist respects your privacy and aims to handle personal information in line with applicable Australian privacy laws.
Information we may collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your contact details, postcode or service address, service preferences, property or household information and other details you choose to provide.
Website information and advertising measurement
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested for security, reliability and diagnostics. We also use the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. Google may process device, browser, interaction and advertising information and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own policies.
How information may be used
We may use information to respond to enquiries, assess and route enquiries to an appropriate team member or participating provider, manage privacy requests, measure advertising performance, maintain website security and improve our services.
Disclosure and overseas handling
Enquiry information may be disclosed to participating providers where this is explained in the enquiry consent statement. Technology and advertising service providers, including Google, may process information outside Australia subject to their service arrangements and privacy practices.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@comparenassist.com. Please do not send sensitive identity documents by email.
